Five National Park Service campgrounds are available on a first-come, first-served basis within the park. The fee is $12.00 per night, per site. Maximum length of stay is 14 days, 7 days at Jenny Lake Campground. These campgrounds do not have electrical hook-ups.

49 sites, tents only; full by 8 a.m.

Signal Mountain Campground
North of Jenny Lake

Colter Bay Campground
North of Jackson Lake Junction
350 sites with showers, laundry, and dump station; full by noon.

Lizard Creek Campground
At the north end of the park
60 sites; no vehicles over 30-feet; full by about 2:00 p.m.

Concessioner-Operated Campgrounds
A concessioner-operated campground is available at Flagg Ranch in the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway, just south of Yellowstone National Park. To make reservations contact:

Group Camping
Only organized groups such as youth, religious, and educational groups may use the group sites.

Colter Bay Campground has 10 group campsites and Gros Ventre Campground has five. Site capacities range from 10 to 75 people.

The nightly use fee is $3.00 per person plus a $15.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
